Busy times…..and a bit behind in my updates!
August 2013: presented a new paper, Mastering the Mutable, and my 8-channel piece Simeonovo, at the Toronto Electroacoustic Symposium
September 2013: presented another new paper, Appropriation, Culture and Meaning, and my piece Irrashaimase, at the Music Since 1900 conference in Liverpool, UK.
September 2013: thrilled to be awarded the Budge Wilson Prize for my short story, Joey Moulton, in the 36th Atlantic Writing Competition for unpublished work.
